Delays in Orders

Dear Clients,

Pawzeez is always here for you. Due to the COVID19 pandemic, delivery timelines maybe impacted in certain states, owing to lockdown restrictions imposed by the Government of India.

 

Please note if your order has been dispatched but not reached you yet, our team is here to help you track your package every step of the way. Our furry patrons are our priority and we at Pawzeez will do our best to see that your order reaches you. In the unfortunate event that this is not possible, be worry free that store credit will be provided towards your order.

What modes of payment are accepted?

We know how important your essentials are especially at a time like this. We are working across the operations network to enable faster deliveries to customers, while ensuring the safety of associates and customers. We are continuously improving our delivery promise to offer a seamless delivery experience. We are following the latest Government guidelines to enable the delivery of goods and the delivery timeline of orders placed on Fridays post 12 pm might be dispatched may be impacted due to local restrictions by the Government. We once again thank you for your cooperation and support.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account.

How long does an order made online take to reach me?

We know your super excited to receive your new package , so we make it a point to see that orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours Monday to Saturday.

We try our best to deliver orders placed within Mumbai to be delivered within 48 hours of placing the order. Orders placed in other parts of India and it takes up to 3-7 working days depending on their location. Generally, custom-made products could take between 7-10 days to reach you.

However, we are not liable for any delays in delivery by our courier partners but especially due to restrictions placed due to the Covid -19 Pandemic. However, we are always here to assist you track your parcel.

What locations do we ship to ?

We at Pawzeez love all our furry patrons and try to deliver to most locations Pan India. If for some reason you are unable to place an order, do give us call on our helpline or drop us an email sales@pawzeezpetshop.com and we would be assist.

What are your Shipping Charges?

Shipping Charges are calculated according to your location and weight of your parcel.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

I have placed my order but I have changed my mind or mistake orders.

This is a great question. We all make mistakes. We at Pawzeez want our customers to shop with ease.  At we do not offer refunds, in the case of “change of mind” and "mistake" orders/returns, we will be happy to exchange your product ordered for a different product of the same value; if it is in stock or offers store credit. The shipping/delivery charges will not be refundable and any costs incurred in returning the item to Pawzeez will be borne by you. 

I have received by order but it doesn’t fit my pet.

Sometimes the product might not be what you thought it was like, or it might not be the right size. Don’t worry, we will be happy to exchange it or offer store credit for the purchase price on any items within 7 days of being delivered subject to the product and packaging being in its original unused condition and it is re-saleable by the time we receive it. The shipping/delivery charges will not be refundable and any costs incurred in returning the item to Pawzeez will be borne by you.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If the product is defective or damaged in transit, return the product within 7 days and we will either replace the product or provide a store credit for the purchase price (and delivery cost, if any). 

If however, you return the product more than 7 days after purchase, we will need to make a more thorough assessment of the nature of the fault before we can determine how to help you.

In the case of damaged/faulty goods, any shipping/delivery charges borne by you will be refunded by way of store credit (remember to retain your delivery invoice).

How do I begin returning my order ?

  1. Please log onto our returns portal at click here and log your return request.
  2. One of our Customer Service Team Members will contact you via email with instructions on how to get your item back to us and will provide you with a return shipping label.
  3. Pack up your item carefully, so it reaches us safely. We at Pawzeez are devoting ourselves to reducing the waste generated by e-commerce companies through packaging and wrappings. Do re-use your Pawzeez packaging to send the package to us or use similar-sized box. Following the instructions emailed to you, print or copy out your return shipping label and tape it to the front of the box.
  4. Once we have received your parcel, we will access the product and get back to you on the next steps within 2 working days of your return arriving back to us. We’ll keep you updated along the way.
  5. Please note that all store credit vouchers are valid for 1 month.

How long will it take to return my order?

We at Pawzeez value your time and try to make this process as simple as possible for you. Once we have received your parcel, we will access the product and get back to you accordingly within 2 working days of your return arriving back to us. Don’t worry we’ll keep you updated along the way. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.

How will I get my store credit?

Great question! In the event that a store credit is awarded, this will be provided by way of a coupon code.

The coupon code will not work with any other discount codes or bundles/combo deals applied and will only be valid for 1 month from the date of issue.

Please note, when using your coupon code, please ensure that it is used in a single transaction as any left over amount would not carry forward.

ORDERS

I haven’t received a confirmation email for my order.

At Pawzeez we make it a point to confirm your order immediately once placed. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email after 24 hours of making your order, please contact our Customer Service team to help you track and confirm your order. COUPONS & DISCOUNTS

Terms & Conditions

  • Coupons cannot be clubbed together with products that are already on discount.
  • Two discounts cannot be clubbed together.
  • Please note the validity of your coupon and be sure to use it before it expires.
  • Coupons are not Applicable with Buy Now Pay Later (EMI Option).
  • If your coupon has expired it cannot be renewed and is no longer valid
  • Please note customers won’t be able to enter a code if an automatic discount is already applied at checkout.

My Coupon Code Doesn't Work!

We know this can be really infuriating, here are some things you can do to solve the issue.

Do remember that each coupon code is different and it's always great to first check the Terms and Conditions on your coupon to check if its not expired. If your coupon code has expired it is unfortunately no longer valid. 

However, if your coupon code is still valid but not working, it may be a browser issue, try refreshing your page (don't double-check that everything you want to purchase is still in your cart) and then reenter the coupon code, this should solve the issue.

If you've done all of the above and your valid coupon still doesn't seem to work (which is truly uncommon) we're truly sorry you experienced this technical issue, and our team is waiting to help you! Don't forget to add screenshots of your issue so that our technical team can get to the bottom of the problem, this helps us help you faster!
